Super Mario Boom

Super Mario Boom plays like a typical Mario game, where Mario can run, jump, hit ? Blocks, stomp on certain enemies, and more. One gameplay element that isn't really found in a whole lot of Mario games, is the health system, which works like in Super Mario Bros. 2, except that since there are power-ups in the game, collecting them will give Mario an extra hit point, and losing them will not affect his health. In the end of each level is a goal tape, which functions exactly like the one in Super Mario World.
The levels in the game are made from 16 chunks, which are randomly stitched in order form a level. They also use a random environment, which doesn't really affect gameplay at all, except for the forest one, which includes fog that can make seeing what's in the bottom side of the level a bit difficult. The game seems to go on forever, only ending when Mario loses all of his lives.
